01 / Overview
CNDR ("CNDR", "we", "us", or "our") provides golf course planning, Apple Watch shot detection, round recording, statistics, community features, and subscriptions. This Privacy Policy describes how the CNDR developer handles information through the CNDR apps and website.
We do not show third-party advertising. We do not sell personal information. We do not link CNDR information with data from other companies' apps or websites for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.
02 / Information
If you create an account, we process your account identifier, email address, authentication provider, username or display name, and sign-in information. If you add profile details, we may also process information such as a bio or profile image. A profile image selected in the current app is stored on your device unless an upload feature clearly tells you otherwise.
We process information you create while using CNDR, including rounds, courses, hole scores, shot times and locations, clubs, penalties, putting information, course plans, golf statistics, rankings, challenges, sharing preferences, friend relationships, and feedback you send us.
With your permission, CNDR uses precise location to calculate golf distances, find nearby courses, identify the hole you are playing, record shot positions, build round maps, and support automatic hole and shot workflows. Completed round and shot coordinates may be synced to our backend when you use an authenticated account.
On Apple Watch, CNDR uses motion sensor information such as acceleration, rotation, attitude, and derived swing measurements to detect golf swings and putts. This processing occurs on your devices. Diagnostic motion windows may be stored locally and can be exported by you.
CNDR can start a golf workout through HealthKit to support an active Apple Watch session. With your authorization, it may write workout and active-energy information and access workout and heart-rate information needed for that session. HealthKit information is not used for advertising, sold, or uploaded to CNDR's backend as part of the current app's round sync.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. CNDR receives product, entitlement, renewal, trial, and expiration status needed to unlock subscription features; we do not receive full payment-card details. Our hosting and backend providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, request time, response status, app or browser information, and security logs.
This website does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The web host may keep basic server logs for security and reliable delivery.
03 / Use
04 / Sharing
We disclose information only as needed to provide CNDR, where you direct us, or where required for safety or legal compliance.
Profile information is visible to other authenticated users where needed for friend search and community features. Round visibility controls can make completed rounds available only to you, to accepted friends, or publicly. Depending on the visibility you select, permitted viewers may see round details and associated locations.
05 / Controls
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise a right. We may need to verify your request.
06 / Retention
We retain account and synced golf information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide CNDR. Local rounds, preferences, profile images, and diagnostic motion logs remain on your devices until removed through app controls, device storage controls, or account/privacy reset flows.
Deleting your CNDR account initiates deletion of app-owned account, profile, friend, round, hole, and shot information from the active service and clears CNDR user data from supported devices through the app's deletion flow. Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, security logs, or records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Deleting CNDR does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple Subscriptions.
07 / Other terms
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, authenticated access, database access controls, and user-scoped authorization policies. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CNDR is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required to consent to data processing where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.
CNDR and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
We may update this policy as CNDR changes. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice in the app or by another appropriate method when a change is material.
